亀渕友香のボイストレーニングのおすすめ

NHK教育テレビの番組で一回の放送が、5分間なので、見逃してしまいがちな番組に『まる徳マガジン』（月〜木午後9：55から10：00；再放送火〜金午後2：55〜3：00）があります。これが、なかなか、毎回ためになるプログラムを提供しています。1月〜2月の放送は、“魅力的な声で話そう! 亀渕友香のボイストレーニング”という番組でした。

亀渕友香さんは、日本のゴスペルシンガーの第一人者として、多くの歌手やタレントのボイストレーニングを行っていますが、この番組は、素人が普段着の感覚で気軽に学べるものです。声は、誰にとっても、生活に欠かせないコミュニケーションツールですが、私の周りでは、意外と等閑に付している人が多いのです。私は津軽弁を克服して標準語を習得するのに苦労しましたので、音声には、少し、神経質です。

亀渕先生によれば、声の個性は、人それぞれですが、基本的に悪い声というのは存在せず、いつの間にか身につけてしまった声のクセが、他人に悪い印象を与えるというものです。今回の番組は、各人それぞれのクセを直して、本来持っている声の魅力を引き出すためのレッスンです。どれも、毎朝、顔を洗ったり、歯を磨くような感覚で、ふだんの生活の中に取り入れられる簡単のものです。

亀渕セオリーは、『ゼロの声』という概念に基いています。声のクセは、その人が生まれ育った環境などによってついていく。育った地域のイントネーションが身についたり、職業によって独特の声の出し方や節回しをするようになったり、声もさまざまな影響を受けて形づくられていくのです。『ゼロの声』とは、そうしたクセを取り除いた、その人本来声のことを指しています。

すなわち、『ゼロの声』とは、できるだけ無心になり、気持ちを静めてから発声した声のことをいいます。できるだけ、クセを削ぎ落とした『ゼロの声』を知ることが、声をコントロールして、魅力的な声を出す練習のスタート地点です。

『ゼロの声』は、ため息に近い。無意識に｢よいしょ｣というときの声や、｢はぁ〜｣といったふと出るため息に乗って出た声に近い声です。肩に力が入っていたり、のどが緊張していると、『ゼロの声』をだすことはできないのです。

だから、レッスンは、肩を下げて、体の力を抜く行為からはじまる。亀渕先生の実地指導の写真、モデルさんの実技の写真入りで、CDつきなので、習得しやすいと思います。試しに、本屋さんで、テキストの中を覗いてみてください。納得がいったら、どうぞ。
